Brasil: nosso grito é para...quem?/ Brazil: our scream is for... whom?

Quando a lei e seus instrumentos cessam de defender a maioria das pessoas, quando são interpretadas e aplicadas segundo interesses pessoais e partidários, quando criam elites, que reclamam por unhas quebradas... então as leis precisam ser mudadas, a realidade precisa ser mudada. Quem propõe oficialmente as leis? Quais são os instrumentos de proposição? Quem interpreta e determina a aplicação da lei? e de que maneira a maioria pode influenciar na transformação dessa realidade quando a lei for tendenciosa e arbitrária? 

 Quais os nomes dos que propõem leis em sua cidade, estado? Que instrumentos o cidadão dispõe para contrapor aos desmandos? De que maneira sobrepor-se aos impedimentos quando os instrumentos legais estiverem manipulados por interesses que não os do povo?

Vamos para a rua com a lição de casa feita: saibamos dar nome aos que ocupam cargos públicos, saibamos quais obrigações assumiram quando aceitaram ocupar os cargos, saibamos quais instrumentos legais podemos usar contra os abusos, e saibamos gritar os nossos objetivos bem alto, com gritos bem endereçados.

When the law and its instruments cease to defend most people, when they are interpreted and applied in accordance with personal interests and supporters, when they create elites who are claiming for "broken nails" ...  the laws need to be changed, reality need to be changed.

Who officially propose laws? What are our instruments of proposition? Who interprets and applies the law? and how the majority can influence the transformation of this reality when the law is biased and arbitrary?
What are the names of those who propose laws in your city, state? What the Instruments that the citizen has for counteract the excesses? How to overcome legal impediments when instruments are manipulated by interests other than  not ones of the people?
Let's go to the street with the homework done:
We have to know naming whom is occupying publics offices,  we have to know what obligations that they assumed when they accepted occupy such positions, we have to know we can use legal instruments against abuse and what are,
and we have to know our objectives for shout loudly with screams well addressed.
